Welcome to DeepFrontend(referred to below as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Platform is operated under the trade name deepfrontend by the individual operator[OPERATOR NAME / ADDRESS](the "Operator"). By accessing, subscribing to, or using our website, services, and interactive code sandboxes (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform (such as saving progress, using the AI Tutor, or accessing Pro content), you must create an account. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately atsupport@deepfrontend.net of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any subscription payments, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and view the lessons, visualizers, cheatsheets, and coding challenges on the Platform solely for your own personal, educational learning.

Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Scraping, copying, saving, downloading, redistributing, publishing, or reselling any of the Platform's content, text lessons, curriculum files, or source code.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party, or allowing others to access Pro materials under your account.
• Using the content to train machine learning models, AI systems, or competitive educational services.

Any breach of these restrictions will result in the immediate termination of your license and access to the Services, without refund, and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

3. Subscriptions, Billings, and Auto-Renewals

We offer subscription-based plans (monthly/annual) and lifetime access options. By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing interval chosen. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription through your Account Settings page or contact support@deepfrontend.netbefore the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to provide excellent educational content. If you are not satisfied with your Pro Membership purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@deepfrontend.net with your transaction details. Refund requests made after the 7-day period, or requests for recurring renewal payments, are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be processed through our payment gateway and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use of the Code Sandbox

Our interactive code sandbox runs code in a sandboxed Web Worker in your browser. You agree to use the sandbox only for completing the provided curriculum exercises. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to use the sandbox to execute malicious scripts, initiate denial-of-service attacks, scan third-party networks, host traffic proxies, mine cryptocurrency, or perform any action that violates applicable laws or network guidelines.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Guarantees

The Platform and all educational contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.We make no guarantees regarding employment, job offers, or specific interview outcomes. Your learning speed and success depend on your personal effort, background, and the hiring conditions of individual employers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Services. In no event shall the Operator's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
