Implement partial(fn, ...presetArgs)

Implement partial(fn, ...presetArgs)

Like myBind, but simpler — no this binding, just preset leading arguments. Write partial(fn, ...presetArgs) that returns a function which calls fn with presetArgs followed by whatever arguments it's later called with.

function greet(greeting, name) { return greeting + ", " + name; }
const sayHi = partial(greet, "Hi");
sayHi("Ada"); // "Hi, Ada"

Run your code to see results.
